Pip Consultancy has offices located in Market Harborough, Leicestershire and Shardlow, Derby.   We were established in January 2005 and have over twenty five years recruitment experience.

Joe Carruthers, Manager - Derby

Locations covered: Loughborough, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire & Burton upon Trent.

Joe has 8 years experience in the Recruitment Industry. Before joining Pip, Joe worked for a reputable High Street agency, and was based in Leicester for three years, before moving to Loughborough from 2003 – 2006 where she worked as Branch Manager.
Joe’s background prior to this was sales and training, so her strengths are commitment to excellent customer services.

Juliette Cox, Manager - Market Harborough

Locations covered:  Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & Coventry.

Juliette has spent over 17 years in the Recruitment Industry working most recently as a Divisional Manager for a prestigious Total Solutions Consultancy, and is experienced at managing successful teams, covering commercial and specialist markets.

Having decided to go it alone, Juliette has been working hard in the last few years building the reputation of Pip.

After varied recruitment industry experience at management level, an opportunity was recognised in which we believed that a better standard of service could be provided to both candidates and clients alike, which is why we are so dedicated to improving the reputation of the industry and pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
