To carry out the services that we provide we need to collect information about individuals and employers.  This will include names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses and other personal details.

We will use this information to respond to enquiries, send details about our services and contact you as necessary.  We may contact you by email, telephone, fax or post as specified by your preferences and as appropriate to the circumstances and timescales.  All communication will be carried out discretely and with due consideration to your current employment and/or company status.

All personal information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services that we supply and we do not sell, or pass on personal information to any third party, unless it is necessary to do so in searching and placing individuals in new employment.

We will supply personal information where we are obliged to do so by law or where a ruling has been made by a UK court instructing us to do so.

Pip Consultancy complies fully with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), and as such we may contact you from time to time to verify that the details we have are up to date and correct.

If you have any questions, comments or wish to complain about the way that we use your information at Pip Consultancy then you can contact us by using the details provided on our contact page.  All complaints will be investigated by a senior manager and we shall provide a written response as soon as practicable.  If you are not satisfied with our response or the steps we specify to resolve your comments, then you can forward your complaint to the information commissioner for an independent review.
