There will be a regular requirement to travel for client and candidate meetings in London and elsewhere (circa once a week). This may involve working and travelling late into the evening.
The candidate: A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience at a relatively senior level, ideally within an Accountancy or IT recruitment background. Other areas in the professional/senior recruitment sector might be considered.
You will need to be highly professional with a mature style. A strong academic background (probably to degree level) combined with excellent intellectual agility and a clear ability to absorb information and adapt rapidly to a new sector and varied role.
Able to demonstrate good all round core recruitment skills in a synergist market. These would include - interviewing, client meetings, servicing of jobs, business development, online advertising and internet research skills, dealing effectively with volume email and telephone enquiries from candidates.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to cope with a varied, challenging and exciting role are required.
